To ensure document quality, Brilliant Translation conducts quality-control in the following ways;
1. Quality-Assurance staff work with project manager to develop translation defect and classification tables;
2. Quality Assurance staff conducts spot checks of all documents, and rates it based on defect classification table;
3. Quality Assurance staff collects all document defects and ranks translation personnel based on monthly rankings, which is then reported to project managers;
4. The translator who ranks last in quality ranking will be asked to undergo improvement measures, as administered by QA personnel and project managers.
