1. Both sides make agreement of the cost of services.

2. Customers inform the time and place of the stenographic services as well as relevant background information one week in advance.

3. We will arrive at the site where we provide stenography services half an hour earlier to install and commission the stenographic equipment. (We will come with a laptop computer and a fast record machine, your unit only need to provide tables, chairs and power lines; please arrange the front seats for us, so as to clearly hear the voice and see the guests’ brand-names and the location of the slide.)

4. Carry out stenographic services. In the recording process, we will record the statements of participants completely.

5. Deliver the shorthanded documents to the customer by E-mail after the service is completed.

6. Settle according to the agreed price.
